Dog pill-giving tips:
1. Wrap it, don't hide it. A pill pocket, small cheese cube, or spoon of canned food works for a lot of dogs
2. Do the three-treat trick. Plain treat, treat with pill, plain treat. Fast. The rhythm matters more than the disguise.Same time, same spot, every day. Predictable = less suspicious.
3. End on a win. A quick "good dog!" and a walk turns pill time into something they tolerate instead of dread.
Check these with your vet first: whether the meds can be given with food, whether it's safe to split or crush
